This RV was bought buy my parents and they used it only once, they are too old to travel and need to sell to down size to a smaller RV. They are in their 80's and will not travel any more. They paid 65,000.00 dollars for it and it's worth at this time 45-47,000.00 dollars. But they are willing to let it go at 35,000.00. Great buy at a low cost . this will help them get into a smaller place to live.

1993 Interstate 1 Trailer, 5’ x 8’, one door. We bought this brand new in 1994 and no longer use it. We added side-boards inside with metal hole strips for bungy cord attachment. Comes with spare tire. Shows usual wear and tear, has one small hole on outside bottom that doesn’t go all the way through & has missing bottom front piece of trim~ these have no effect on the ability of the trailer; inside floor has grease stain. Does not leak. Only used about 4 times in the last nine years. Has been stored inside the last nine years. Tires are in excellent shape. Overall it is in great shape for a 20 year old trailer. Called the Interstate Dealership & a new one sells for $2280 plus tax. He said the used ones hold their value and are worth up to $1700. The spare tire alone is worth $100+.
