The RV's exterior shows well overall for its age, and the current seller has always kept it under a cover when not in use. The exterior graphics on the passenger side of the RV and on the rear and front caps have the familiar cracking and oxidation from sunlight, but this is strictly cosmetic in nature. The tires are original equipment and have very low miles. However, they are passed. They're safe date range, and replacing them is recommended. The interior of the RV shows very well, except for some minor peeling and cracking on the synthetic leather upholstery on the driver and passenger seats, as well as the couch. This is very common for RVs at this age. There appears to be a soft spot in the floor in the kitchen area in front of the sink. It seems to be isolated only to that area. The seller states that they have not been aware of any leaks since they have owned the unit and believes this may have been caused by a previous water leak that the previous seller fixed.
