2012 Forest River Flagstaff 425D, THIS CAMPER IS LOCATED IN FRANKLIN SQUARE, LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK. DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CAMPER. For sale is a 2012 Forest River Flagstaff 425D camper, which includes pretty much every accessory needed or wanted for camping except no a/c. We bought this camper new in 2013 and then due to my hip replacement surgery did not use it until summer of 2014. Has been used in for 21 days last summer only due to our busy schedules. This camper has lived a life of luxury because it was stored in our garage next to our cars since we owned it. So, no hard summer sun beating down on it, and no wet spring rain putting moisture on the metal frame or wood, and no frigid winters pushing snow on and under the camper! Since this camper has been minimally used and nicely stored, the vinyl and mesh pop up portion of the camper has NO tears, holes, snags, cracks, or leaks!We paid $11,255 for this camper new in 2013 and are asking $10,000 or best offer.As mentioned, this camper has everything but no air-conditioning ! Comes with sway control and two ball hitch and lock.This camper is SPACIOUS! It includes a king size bed (70" x 80"), queen size bed (60" x 80"), and a third sleeping area (50" x 72") that also double as the dinette. The dinette slides out for more interior space can easily sit 4 adults or more with kids.The porta-potti toilet has been used and cleaned for the next owner! Have never used heater of hot water and shower. Has a CD player and radio. Refrigerator works on gas/battery or campsite power. Some of our favorite features (stuff we appreciated the most) was the attachable grill (easy and fast to use with gas hose that quickly attaches to the grill), heated mattresses (stay cozy warm in bed and have the option to keep the heat off), powered exhaust roof fan that kept camper comfortable enough for us so did not need a/c, and I also appreciated the power lift (make setting up the pop-up much less work)!
