The seller is in the process of getting the side window by the driver repaired; it has a gas leak and has made it fog up. There is a very small blemish in the driver's seat. If the coach ever needed any repairs seller was very prompt on completion. Stock #325892 Immaculate condition Scepter 43SF, very low miles and always garage kept. Everything works perfectly! 2016 SCEPTER (BY HOLIDAY RAMBLER) 43SF This RV has so many features not sure we can name them all. The luxurious interior is beyond imagination. Heated tile floors, newly covered couches, new tires in November, washer and dryer, central vac system, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and so much more. The Scepter also has a bath and 1/2 cedar-lined closets with automatic lights that turn on when you open the door. This unit has been maintained annually and driven to Florida and back once a year. When not in Florida, it was kept inside a pole barn. Truly there are so many features it is definitely a must-see. Reason for selling is upgraded to a new holiday rambler cause they loved this one so muuch!.

Stock Number: 722335 . This is a 2011 OPEN RANGE 5th wheel that is loaded. I am selling only because we are moving and do not want to take with us. I have listed the features with this unit. Please remember that this unit retailed for $81,000.00 brand new. I have included a few pictures and more are available upon request. This unit is 40 feet in lenght, it's a 391RES and it's a four season camper which mean you can basically live in it year around. It is a self-leveling unit that comes with 4 20 gallon propane tanks, I use the propane for cooking only inside. This unit also has both gas heat and electric heat and air. In fact, it comes with two seperate A/C units on the roof. It's hard to find a unit that has electric heat. Other features are listed below: 3 slide outs, Color TV that is on a electric drive that closes down behind the fireplace for travel. Electric fireplace that puts out heat. Two recliners that recline to a flat postition. Sofa that pulls out to sle ep two adults or three kids. Queen size bed, dresser, mirror closet with washer/dryer hook up. Kitchen island that is on wheels so it can be moved. 4 person kitchen table that will convert to seat 6 people. We've had has many as 14 people in the kitchen and living area comfortably at one time. 36' color TV and color TV mounted in bedroom. The bath is a full size walk through to bedroom bath with a tall shower and lots of cabinets. Satellite hookups inside and outside for outdoor TV. This unit has a large refridge, frezzer and 3 burner stove and over along with a microwave. Lots of storage inside and outside. This camper can basically be lived in with all the comforts of home.
