This is a rare floorplan that features the very sought after front living room. The newest trend in all the fifth wheel magazines are featuring this layout. King of the Road makes high quality trailers and unlike several of the new trailers on the market, you can tell the quality is “hands down” way better then many new fivers today. Separate closet for washer/dryer with full hookups. Ceiling fan and ascent light throughout. For additional sleeping, there are two pull Sofa Sleepers in the front living room. In the SPLIT BATH there is a large shower/tub with glass door and skylight, New shower faucet with adjustable head. Water closet has a new porcelain (residential height) RV toilet. New sink and faucet with a Mirror Vanity/Medicine cabinet. The DINETTE has a table and 4 chairs, All the upholstery is in great condition. Table extends for larger eating area. The FULL KITCHEN includes a three-Burner range, Oven, Full size Microwave, and side by side (almost residential size) Refrigerator/Freezer, Stainless Steel Sink and Solid Surface Counter Tops. New glass tile backsplash with upper and lower ascent cabinet lighting. The FAMILY ROOM has two over sized sofas (very comfortable and large) upholstery in good condition. Minor ware and tear. They provide addition storage beneath and behind. Nice over head ascent lighting. Central vacuum hook up with all accessories. The ENTERTAINMENT CENTER has a 38'' Vizio LCD TELEVISION, Side cabinetry with addition large storage. Glass inset cabinet doors and upper cabinet lighting. There is also a TV Antenna Booster, Surround Sound Music system and is Cable/Satellite-ready. Sony DVD player. Throughout the fifth wheel All windows have DAY/NIGHTTIME SHADES, BEIGE CARPETING and OAK CABINETRY. The kitchen, hall and bathroom have new vinyl flooring that adds a nice contrast to the Oak cabinetry. OUTSIDE has all standard electrical and sewage hookups all in good working condition. Never had any issues (interiorly/exteriorly) with electric, water or sewage. Features a 83 gallon fresh water tank with electric pump for camping. Heater/Air conditioning, Refrigerator, Water heater. Slide outs, Leveling jacks and All lighting can run off the dual onboard batteries for an extended period of time when electrical hookups aren't available. It is a very nice feature to have when you have no hook ups and want to camp somewhere remote. The large electric awning is fulling motorized and extends and retracts with the push of a button and also features automatic wind sensors. All exterior lighting is in good working condition. Brake lights and blinkers all work. Trailer brakes are functional and in great working condition. As noted previously the left rear tire had a blow out and damaged the rear fender and rim. this slightly cracking the edge of the fender and broke a small piece off the edge and center. It is very minor and could easily be replaced. The wheel and tire have both been replaced with new parts. Unfortunately the wheel is a different color. I purchased the trailer from a dealer in Arizona to live in while I attended flight school for the Army. I currently live full time in this fifth wheel on base at an RV park in Fort Rucker Alabama.(this is currently where the trailer is at) I will complete flight school in 6 more weeks and then go back to Arizona where I will be stationed. I would like to sell before I leave so I don't have to haul it across the United States again. I am also listing my fifth wheel locally and reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.
