This rig was only used a handful of times since purchased new. The owner reports that all systems and appliances are in good proper working order. This 2020 Surveyor 250FKS Limited Series (By Forest River) is in great condition. One-owner rig. This model has a fantastic set up - outside, you have a full 21' awning and an outside kitchen with a sink and stove. This model has one slide and a large pass thru storage up forward. As you enter the unit, you see how well-thought-out the layout is. Directly to your right after entering is the kitchenette area with sink, microwave, stove, and oven. There is also a large countertop for all your food prep. Directly across from entering is the slide-out with a large panoramic sliding window, full-size fridge/ freezer, and dinette. Across from there is the entertainment center with LED HDTV and soundbar. Directly to the right of the entertainment center is a closet. Moving further back, you enter the bathroom area - It goes fully across from each side of the trailer to the other, offering ample room. There is a large shower, toilet, and sink. Moving all the way back is the main bedroom. Here you have a queen-sized bed, a drawer on each side, and a storage closet. Reason for selling is not enough time to use the rig.

2016 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104, Rockwood travel trailer for sale. It's a Mini Lite model 2104S. 21 feet long with a slide out dinette. Rear bathroom. Has a Murphy bed which folds down when you want to go to sleep. When not in use the bed folds up against the front wall of the coach to reveal a sofa. With the slide out and the bed up there is lots of room inside! We purchased the trailer last summer. Took one trip, from California to Eastern Pennsylvania and back. Had a great time with the trailer, but found that our V6 pickup is not very happy pulling it. Rather than replace the truck which I love, bought a small motorhome and now have no need for the trailer. Included is a weight distribution hitch and sway bar. Also included is a wireless color backup camera with monitor. $21,000.00
