2014 Winnebago ERA BM170A.This is a very, very nice coach. Low miles (20,692) and in excellent condition (see photos). It's very easy to drive, drives beautifully, and has a sleek, classic look.While the base MSRP of 2014 ERA BM170A's was $103,520.00, the MSRP of this unit was $110,574.00, as it has upgraded Alcoa wheels and the upgraded Infotainment/GPS Center. NADA Used Retail on a base-equipped 2014 ERA BM170A is $84,100, which indicates a value of approximately $89,830 for this unit as it is equipped. This vehicle was repurchased by Winnebago from the original owner, and I purchased it directly from Winnebago. Winnebago stated that the coach had been in great shape when they received it, but that they had completely gone over it and made it like new anyways (as you can see, everything inside looks new). The original owner had been an attorney and Winnebago stated that his issues had been minor, but to avoid the hassle and a long dispute they had just decided to buy it back. The title does reflect this by indicating it was repurchased by the manufacturer. Winnebago indicated that a typical fair market value discount for this is approximately 15%. This would take the fair market value down to about $76,356.This coach comes with a 5-year, 100,000 mile Winnebago Ultimate Protection Extended Service Plan, effective as of 3/8/2017 (ending in 2022). The fair market value of this plan is roughly $5,000.00, taking the total fair market value to about $81,356.I hate to sell the unit, as it's a great unit in truly excellent condition, and I'll miss out on camping with it. I've actually delayed listing it for a little while because I've had second thoughts about selling it. This is a great deal for you though, as you get a really nice coach in excellent condition at a significantly reduced rate (58.6% of MSRP, and no dealer markup) and in time to enjoy the entire camping season.This unit is located in Forest City, Iowa, where Winnebago is headquartered. There may be some flexibility for me to deliver the unit within a reasonable distance. If you do come to Forest City to pick up the unit, however, we can have Winnebago techs go over the unit with you and even ensure that you receive a tour of the factory.
