The exterior has some minor fading and oxidation that should be expected for its age but would benefit from a good wash and polish, There are a handful of cosmetic defects, such as the plastic fender well cover being cracked on one side, and there are a handful of scuffs. The front entry door steps are no longer operational, and the awning has also been removed. 2012 Northwood Mfg Camper , This is a 2012 model I purchased as new from the dealer in May 2013. We used it for a month long trip up to the Northwest this past summer. It performed superbly. I have kept this camper in covered storage when not in use at Park n' Place RV storage in Bossier. I had a Coleman Polar Cub 9200BTU low profile A/C unit installed by the dealer. This A/C can be run by a small 2000watt Honda generator. This unit is clean as brand new. We are a non smoking family. Some of the benefits of a truck camper are no extra axles to worry about. Not required to be titled. Insurance is only $100/year. Anywhere your truck can go, you can camp. This is the most versatile way to camp.
