1923 Ford T Bucket Street Rod An original T Bucket that was built back in 1964, with a Kenison fiberglass body. When I was growing up in the 60’s I was always involved with custom Rods. I always wanted to do a T Bucket. In the later part of my life I found this T that was built in 1964. I purchased it and did a complete restoration every bolt and nut was removed. It took almost two years to complete. The body is painted with a burgundy and is as straight as an arrow; only the best paint was used with two coats of paint and four coats of clear coat. Every piece was painted and primered individually on this T Bucket. It has a brand new 1968--327 Chevy Corvette engine 280 horse power. The interior is $100.00 a yard leather that was installed by a professional upholstery shop. It was built on a Model A frame with a 1957 Pontiac positive traction with 430 gears; with a Kenison fiberglass body. It has brand new Hei distributor from Speedway Motors; new plugs, plug wires by Morose; new chrome air cleaner, new chrome valve covers, new chrome oil pan; new starter and flex plate, new gasket set. It has a new rebuilt Chevy 350 turbo transmission; new drive shaft; new kickdown cable. It has a Eldelbrock 600 CFM Carburetor with an electric chock that is rebuilt; has an Eldelbrock Torque II intake manifold. It has new front tires and rims; new front disc brake conversion kit/chevy bolt pattern; new front I-beam axle; new gauges and wire harness from Speedway Motors; new fiberglass dash from Speedway Motors, new rear shocks; new master cylinder and brake lines; new rear brake cylinders; new tie-rod ends on steering linkage; new B & M shifter; new fuel line with electric old school fuel pump. It has 50 miles since the complete restoration. Can you imagine taking this to a car show, which is a real trophy winner and telling the people that this was built back in the 60’s with all the history this T has. A close friend of mine that works on custom rods and I rebuilt this T-Bucket. The Kenison body is built so much better than the current body that you purchase today and it has all the old school look. I feel you will never find another T Bucket that was built like this one was in the 60’s. You could never build this T-Bucket for what I'm asking today. Who ever purchases this I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. If you have any questions concerning this pickup please call Dave @ 402.890.2726. I do not accept text message. If you need references just let me know. This if you need this T-Bucket delivered to your doorstep I have a friend that can put it on Central Dispatch for the best rate for delivery.
