Our rv needs have changed and we are selling this to make a new set of memories. All the specific details can be found with a quick search, but here are my favorite features; Z-frame allows a TON of basement storage like a 5th wheel which is so much easier to load and unload gear. More toy space than you could use, we fit our 2012 4seat rzr, and a dirt bike, and two kids dirt bikes and can still use the bathroom etc. without unloading. Huge fuel tank (40 gallons) and pump to keep all the toys gassed up and no spills or hassle with gas cans. 4 separate beds, 3 of those could sleep 2 people if they liked each other a lot. Interior is probably nicer than our house with the cabinets and finishes. Huge shower and on demand water heater. Entertainment system has huge tv, sub woofer, amp, and even a LED light system that turns the inside to a club scene with color and pulse changes to go with any beat(kids love that). Queen walk around bed up front with privacy door, two powered full size bunks, and two flip down/dinette beds. We looked long and hard to find this trailer a couple of years ago. I spent a good chunk to have all the decals removed, I hate how they look after a few years, so the trailer is a clean white and will look just as good in 20 years as it does now. Frameless windows are a very nice touch and make the outer portions easy to keep clean. Onan generator is quiet and runs everything no problem. This trailer is pretty much still new, no smoking, no pets, no smells, not a thing wrong with it. Also included is a tire pressure monitor system and a top of the line sway/leveling hitch.
