Bought new 2 years ago. It has all the upgrades including metal roof , marble window sills. 15000 btu air conditioner. A 20ft awning was added, also 2 hunter ceiling fans, one in living room ,one in bedroom.The 2 sofas are sleeper sofas.This park model is in excellent, like new condition.Winterized, but i can show it. 2001 Wilderness 5th wheel 26 ft. Great condition and ready to use. Very clean, smoke free and pet free. One slide out with sofa and dinette. Large awning in good condition. Has fridge with freezer that works on both gas and electric. Full bath in rear. Central air and heat. Three burner stove with oven and microwave. Hot water heater that works on both gas and electric. Plenty of storage. New brakes, drums and bearings in 2015 season. Cleaned and repainted the roof in 2016. Rear hitch receiver for bike rack or cargo rack. Sleeps 6 using the queen bed, sofa bed and dinette area converts to a bed. Unit tows nicely and has no leaks. We used this unit on 15 trips in the last two seasons and had no issues at all. Selling because we upgraded. $6,499 or make offer.

If you've been looking for an enclosed trailer to use as a vending trailer, mobile office, job site trailer or just about anything you can think of, than my 10ft heavy duty featherlite trailer with an onboard generator is for you. This is a very heavy duty trailer. Probably weighs around 4-5,000 pounds. Very sturdy construction to hold everything inside and to last for years to come. Very well built. Doors have nice weather stripping to keep the elements out and hinges and latches are all heavy duty. This trailer cost $30,000 back in 1998. Has a V-Twin Honda electric start motor powering the generator. Motor could use the carb cleaned out since it's been sitting for a little while. Aluminum is in great shape and not all banged up. Has spots in the rear to put leveling jacks. Inside is ready for whatever you'd like to do with it. Has an A/C and heating unit on the roof. I'm not a mechanic and have not had the RV evaluated. I took over the title from my son who went on active duty a couple of years ago and left it with me. Other than my son and I it had only one owner who took great care of it and kept it in a garage. For the past year I have not been able to get the vehicle to start. It has been sitting since 2011 but hasn't been inspected since 2010. It may need new batteries or the current ones fully charged, roof needs patched, driver's side door does not close properly, not sure how much rust is on it, side door window glass is in RV and is intact but needs re-glued and placed back under black outline cover that goes over it is which broke apart. Here is a very good and not so easy to find for sale 2007 Itasca Navion Class C Diesel RV, built on the indestructable 2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500 Chassis, 5-Cylinder non-DPF Turbo diesel that outbeats the V6 3.0 CDI engine in fuel economy by 5 MPG and that ads up when your going across the country. Read on for a full description. Mechanically this Spinter is as sound as you will ever find. Currently PA state inspected. Matching Goodyear Wranglers with 95% tread all the way around. Drives excellent with good power and transmission shifts. No wondering or pulling with the steering and no brake pulse when stopping. A/C is cold both front and back. No rust underneath, always kept out of inclement weather and stored indoors. 54k pampered miles, 143 hours on the generator. The previous owners were an older couple and they went wild with the sticky typing as they put on the generator and engine when all service was due. Very Very wholesome Vehicle. Cosmetically this vehicle was kept the same way...nice as they come. The paint is all original and it was never in an accident. Paint shines well with no current flaws on the exterior outside of a stone chip or two. Wheels are nice and all plastic mouldings are in great shape.
