This is 2015 Jayco Octane Super Lite M-273. Its a brand new unit. I purchased it late last summer. We used it once. After adding a full RV cover, wheel covers, Heavy duty truck and RV Stabilizer Hitch system, Large swing out entry door handle, 21 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, 2 extra scissor style stabilizer jacks, 2 -20 lb. lp tanks, deep cell battery and deluxe sewer hookup and accessories, I Paid 32,000.00 for this unit. I just put this years license tabs on it, so your good to go.I pulled it with my F-150 Eco-Boost pickup with no problem. It is one of the lightest units for its size. We had 2 full sized Harleys in the back. Its a great Toy Hauler we just cant justify the payment at this time. My loss is your gain. There is a private front bedroom with a queen bed. Under it is access to tons of storage. There is a queen electric tracked bed in back, and the couches fold down for a 3rd queen bed. It has a combo convection/microwave oven, 3 burner stove, over under fridge and freezer, 6 gallon quick recovery water heater with electric and gas heating option. AC and heat are ducted throughout the unit, tinted windows, full rear ramp pull down screen for those beautiful summer nights. It has outdoor speakers and LED lighting throughout as well. I am 6'2" 300 LBS and the shower is roomy for me. The bathroom is laid out very nicely. It has premium rims with nitrogen filled tires, bamboo style flooring and has the darker rich colored cabinets and upholstery. It has a front electric jack for loading and leveling and 4 jacks for fine tuning, one at each corner. The rear ramp is of strong construction with spring assist for one person operation. Please look at Jayco website for ramp and roof construction videos, this unit is solid. It has an 18 foot electric operated awning with LED under lighting, an outside grill hookup, outdoor shower, bug and flood lights on the side, floods in the back. I have a generator for it but will keep it unless I get a full price offer. This unit does Run and Drive but will need some electrical work to get it on the road again. This Coach was flooded in the cargo compartments and engine compartment. The engine is a Series 60 Detroit Diesel Pusher and it was serviced and cleaned. The luxury coach currently has electrical issues stemming from the flood. 2008 Newell Coach Quad Slide , 2008 Newell 45' Quad Slide with 55,247 miles. The motor coach sustained flood damage. The water level was to the bay doors and the actuators for the bay doors are not operating correctly. The front cap is off and is in one of the bays, there are minor scratches on the exterior and the left side access door is off the hinge. The powered entry door does not operate correctly; the powered tilt steering column is broken. The coach features four powered flush mounted slides with vacuum seals and rising floors that all appear to be working fine along with the two large passenger side awnings. The coach has an Aqua Hot system, outdoor TV, four a/c units and navigation.
