I would rate it at a 7 from 1 being bad and 10 been awesome. This is a 2005 Triple E model regency is a M 30GXL its on a ford chassis E450. It is a class C motor home and there is a lot of storage space in and out. It has a large slide about 10 foot! It will sleep about 8 adults depending on size. It has 75,000 miles on it, about 15 foot awning and an outside shower. It also has a push starter generator, microwave, fridge/freezer, day/night shades, queen bed in bedroom and an electric step.
