The kids have all moved out so it's time to downsize a bit. This RV is perfect for families or groups as it sleeps 6 inside plus the garage (screened) and deck area can also be used for sleeping (if you take out the toys!). Almost 400 SF inside!! I doubt you will find another trailer that has been maintained as well as this one. It does not look it's age which could be because we stored this 5th wheel in inside storage at Allstar Storage in Belfair WA from October to April each year. During the glamping season it is in covered storage with electricity (to keep the air moving) at Snohomish RV Storage. Everything works. 100% non-smoking. Dogs never came in dirty...we have a blower for them to make sure they are clean and dry before entering. We are clean freaks with the RV and the dogs. Here are some of the high points: â€¢ 12 ft. 2007 Chalet Rv Alpine , 2007 CHALET ALPINE 16' HARD FOLDING RV TRAILER INCLUDES AIR CONDITIONING, HONDA GENERATOR, DUAL BATTERIES WITH SWITCH AND PRESSURE TANK!!! I bought this Alpine from a dealer in Everett last spring for $10k plus tax (after 2 weeks haggling down from $13k) and spent the summer making a host of improvements on it. Now it has Air Conditioning: you won't find that on virtually any other folding trailer!! Can easily be towed by most compact cars with a rating of 3000 lbs. towing. Unfolds in 3 minutes, leveling is a snap with outriggers. I'm selling this only because I need a second bed now. The price includes all the following improvements that I spent a hundred hours doing last summer: Extras: -2 gallon water pressure/accumulator tank for steady pressure and reduced pump cycling (pump comes on only once when I shower); increases pump life. -Air Conditioner with custom made window mounting system, AC stows under rear seat to offset tongue weight, includes custom carrying handle. -Honda 1000W generator (cleaned carb and tuned): runs AC, chargers, etc. -All light bulbs replaced with LEDs for 1/10 current draw: huge difference -Custom oak half-tables included: MUCH more flexible than stock table (also included) -Dual series 27 deep cycle batteries in boxes with selector switch: doubles battery time to run heater longer at night without generator.
