This is a really nice trailer for a retired couple. It can be lived in comfortably for months. Instead of a bunkroom, this unit has an oversize shower and bathroom with a separate pocket door to the bath/toilet area. For it's size, this camper tows like a dream, it is balanced perfectly, and when unloaded weighs only 6500lbs, which is easily towed by a 1/2 ton pickup. Our F-250 Powerstroke pulled it like it wasn't there! Our jobs have changed and we aren't using this unit as much as we would like, we've decided to sell it and buy another unit in ten years when we retire. Our trailer is plug and play and includes the REESE leveling hitch with torsion bars ($350. value) and everything you need to start camping, from flat screen TV, to silverware and pots and pans. The condition is flawless inside and out,the axles are freshly lubed, and the tires are like new.
