The Lance is in good condition with a few bumps and bruises as expected for a used unit. There is a slight dent on the rear corner; a knick/scuff on an interior door. Low mileage but used frequently and everything works. We take this motorhome to local parks frequently and love the floor plan. We are selling because we have decided to rv full time and want a fifth wheel. This unit has 2 opposing slides that really opens up the living room. It does not have a separate bedroom, has a couch that makes out to a queen size bed and we are including a 4" memory foam mattress. We looked for months and selected this unit because of the upgraded interior fixtures and large kitchen and living room and bathroom in this size and price range. New smart TV. Recent tune up, spark plugs changed, new coil, front end aligned, rear end seal replaced, transmission fluid changed, 2 new drive belt pulleys and multipoint check completed and work performed at ford dealership in Knoxville. Rides well and 6.8 liter v 10 motor tows our Jeep Wrangler easily. We are including a ready brute tow bar. This unit has a generator, upgraded 15000 btu ac system, heated holding tanks. No leaks, no delamination. We will also sell 2013 Jeep Wrangler that we tow 4 down for an additional 18,000 if anyone is interested in purchasing both. We are not selling Jeep until we sell the motor home.

Great condition, roadworthy with many new parts. This vehicle has been garage and barn kept since new. Purchased by me in 2013 I replaced all 4 tires, all brakes and new rotors, power brake booster, fuel pump, 2 new batteries, water pump, BG services to the engine, transmission, cooling system, new belts and hoses, rebuilt carburetor, tune up with plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points and condenser. We installed new curtains and new mattress for the camper. Everything else is all original. I have not tested the stove or refrigerator since I did not get around to actually taking this camping. I do know the fresh water pump for the sink/bathroom is missing, but they are readily available at camping supply centers.
