Slide outs have toppers, 18 ft awning, rear trailer hitch, a vented tube to hold the sewer hose, tires are 12 ply and 2 yrs old with approximately 3500 miles on them. Includes full size spare. Furnace and air conditioning with automatic fan that gauges the temperature inside and opens to pull out warm air from trailer. DINETTE is extra-large and breaks down into a bed for one adult or two children. KITCHEN has double stainless sink , 4 burner gas stove, built-in combination microwave/convection oven, paper towel rack and ample cupboard space. LIVING ROOM couch opens into a twin size bed with mattress and memory foam, 32 inch flat screen TV, and a CD player with built in speakers, DVD blue ray player, 3 speed ceiling fan, all windows have curtains and shades. BEDROOM has a queen size bed with added memory foam, closets are full width of camper with mirrored doors, 6 drawers at the end of the bed for clothes, 18 inch flat screen TV, bathroom sink and shower in bedroom. Toilet is separate from the shower and sink for privacy and has comfort height seat. Very clean and well taken care of.I will sell the truck and the trailer as a package for $40,000, I will not sell the truck before the 5th wheel is sold.
