We've owned this coach since 2005. 38' DSL pusher. It's always been garaged. It's origination was Alabama. The coach came with $40K in upgrades. The pictures tell the story of how we have maintained this wonderful unit. Some of the major upgrades are as follows: Spartan mountain master chassis.HWH self leveling system. Or manual as desired. Dual fill diesel tank of 100 gals. Water: 115 gal.One single slide of 24' which does not occlude any kitchen cabinets, just pushes out the queen bed sofa and dinning table with extended leaf feature. Queen bed with walk around on 3 sides. Internet antennae. 3 solar panels on roof. one charges the start batteries and two run the separate entertainment system thru the inverter as well as charging the 4 house batteries. Separate switch for this system. Upgraded AC/heat controller. NEW dual color monitor and back up camera. Alcoa aluminum rims. New AC compressor. All fluids are AMSOIL 100% synthetic fluids! All filters are Donaldson filters. Cummins 8.3L turbo/intercooled diesel pusher. Fully loaded the coach gets "9" mpg's. unloaded it gets 11mpg's. Brake controller for towing. Allison All World 6 speed/2 overdrives transmission. Leather bra covering front. 7.5L diesel generator up front runs all systems: 2 AC's, microwave, coffee maker, ect. Standalone ice maker. Rear ceiling fan over master bd. Rig is quiet running and quiet living. 30/50/ amp service, 110 also. Two converters. under coach phone/outlets/lites. Air compressor with hose and attachments plumbed into air system. Spare Donaldson filters, diesel oil, and fuel treatment. Pictures tell much of the story on the inside.
