The roof and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged. 1/3 of the roof was recently replaced, but they have never had any leaks or water damage. The awning works but is not in great shape. A few scratches on the passenger side. The second bathroom has been modified by removing the tub/shower. According to the seller, all systems and functions are fully operational.
