It has ONLY 9070 ORIGINAL MILES on the super-strong 454 Chevy engine and the transmission still shifts like new, tight and strong. The Onan 4kw generator has less than 35 hours logged.There have been several upgrades including a new $1500 gas/electric fridge, new toilet, new vinyl flooring in the bathroom to replace soiled carpet, flat screen TV and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. It comes with a rear-view backup camera with 7" monitor and a $360 Classic Accessories cover. There is a king-sized bed in the rear bedroom that was converted from a twin bed configuration but it can very easily be changed back to twins if needed. I can do that for you in 20 minutes. There's lots of available storage. The tires have about 85% of the tread still left. I just had the interior completely cleaned including having the carpet and upholstery shampooed so there are no musty odors whatsoever. It has a 4-burner gas stove with oven, an electric range hood w/fan and light, a full-sized microwave oven, rooftop A/C, a ducted gas heating system and 6-gallon hot water heater. I have all the owner's manuals for everything.
