The coach has new tires (tag axle tires are still a bit older) and new batteries March 2024. When the batteries were installed, the coach started right up. The Seller also intends to have the coach detailed. .
There is some superficial water damage in the bathroom, not from a leak, but from the vent being left open by mistake in a rainstorm. The right rear air bag needs to be replaced.
With the exception of the bathroom vent incident described above, moisture on the interior has been well managed, and there are no musty smells. The carpets in the living area and bedroom look to be in good condition but could use a shampoo.
