It only been used once. Beautiful cypress wood hand made interior, soft touch walls and ceilings, cowhide accents, lots of lighting with many individual switches, lighted wardrobe closets, two flat screen TV's, one has built in DVD player, new am/fm/cd player with indoor and outdoor speakers, new rooftop a/c unit upgraded in btu to handle this size trailer, new roof vents, new tires, new electric brakes (all), new wheel bearings and packing, The trailer was gutted all the way to the metal, re-insulated, re-wired, re-plumbed, new converter, re-stripped, I mean ALL NEW INTERIOR! Stack Washer and Dryer added, with a separate grey water tank(one for the kitchen and one for the laundry/rr). Porcelain toilet. Roomy linen closets in bathroom. TONS and TONS of storage in this baby! King sized bed in the goose neck area. Couch flips out to a bed. Chairs are swivel rocker gliders or there is room to replace them with another couch if you want another sleeping area. This trailer was manufactured in 1996, but I won't tell if you don't! NO ONE WILL EVER GUESS! NOTE: THE DOOR OPENING WITH THE RAMP IS 41" WIDE FOR THE TOY HAULERS.
