RV IS IN GREAT SHAPE, STARTS, RUNS, RIDES LIKE A TOP..55,000 MILES, 100 HRS ON GENERATOR..WAS GOING TO LIST IT FOR 25,000 (I BOUGHT A CAMP).. GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT A MONTH AGO ON THE "LAST CAMPING TRIP" WITH THE GRANDKIDS..THERE IS DAMAGE TO RIGHT FRONT DOOR/BUMPER/RUNNING BOARD/CORNER OF BODY. (I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING, I ALSO HAVE RECORDS OF PURCHASE IN 2001 AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN).. THE RV IS A GREAT DEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO DO THEIR OWN WORK AND KEEP IT OR FLIP IT..I LIVE NEAR SYRACUSE ,NY..IT HAS BEEN RECENTLY INSPECTED/TUNED UP/REPLACED THE STARTER..(AND TAKEN ON ANOTHER CAMPING TRIP)ENGINE IS 7.4 L/V8
