I'm selling my motorhome because I want to buy a larger unit. In addition to the NADA list of options, it has a nearly new and very comfortable memory foam mattress. The generator is actually a 5.5 KW Onan with 52.3 operating hours not 5 KW as shown on the NADA list. I has never had pets inside or been smoked in. The two 6V house deep cycle batteries were bought in July 2016. It is in very good condition both interior and exterior with the exception of the coating has peeled off of a trim piece forward of the awning as shown in the picture. I would consider a trade for a 2014 or newer, 36'-38' motorhome but my "wish list" is quite extensive. My email address is
