Slides:1 2007 Keystone Raptor 3814 , Our family took this fifth wheel unit on only a few camping trips since we purchased it new. So, we thought we should offer it for sale. It is VERY clean. It has a larger than average garage as toy haulers go at 14 feet. It really makes a difference when you need to bring multiple toys with you! I have added several aluminum R-B products such as helmet holders, tie down holders, hanging rods for your riding gear, tape and hose holders. There is an on-board fuel station that holds 30 gallons of fuel and has a gas station style pump. There are TWO power operated queen beds that lower from the garage ceiling that bump the the sleeping capacity to 11. The garage can also be used as a nice screen room as well. This Raptor includes DUCTED heat and A/C, generator, 110 gallon fresh water tank, outside shower, 200 watt indoor/outdoor sound system with built-in sub woofer, and solid cherry cabinetry throughout the interior. The master suite includes a glass enclosed shower. You are looking at a very nice 2011 Laredo by Keystone 5th wheel rv camping trailer. This trailer is 36' long with 3 slides all on the left side. This trailer is loaded with extra's, aluminum framing, cold weather package which means 35,000 btu furnace, R28 in the ceiling and R30 floors, heated storage area's and heated tanks. This trailer can sleep 11-12 people. The rear bed room has a upper bunk on one side with cabinets and tv under it, pull out couch on the other side (in the slide out). Above the rear bedroom is a playroom/sleeping area much like what you see in many toy haulers. The living room/kitchen has a pull out couch and the table converts to a bed to sleep 2 in each. All pull out couch's are equipped with air mattress's. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove with oven, flat screen tv and double deep well sink's. The living area has a super slide with wall sky light over the slide. Off of the living area is a 1/2 bath that is accessible from the inside of the camper as well as the outside (door to the outside, really nice feature). The master bed room and bathroom is over the 5th wheel area with the large shower/bathtub and sink to the right and separate toilet area/room to the left. The bed is located on a slide out and has lots of storage in the nose and has room for a washer and dryer (not included) in the front closet. It is also set up for a tv in the front right corner (tv not included). The outside of the trailer has satellite and cable tv hook ups (dish not included), 50 amp power service hook up, rear trailer hitch for a bike rack, power front and rear stabilizer jacks, OUTSIDE KITCHEN with mini fridge, sink and pull out 2 burner stove (this is a really nice feature). Next to the outside kitchen is the entry door to the bathroom. There is a 18' power awning from there forward to the 5th wheel area. The other side of the trailer has the fresh/city water hook up and outdoor shower. The 5th wheel has a goose neck adapter so it can be towed with either type of hitch. This trailer has a GVWR of 13,000 pounds, has 2 axles 6,000 pounds each, 235,80R/16E tires mounted on 8 lug aluminum rims, electric brakes, and requires a 3/4 to 1 ton truck to tow it.
