This trailer is in excellent shape. It is easily pulled by my 1/2 ton Tundra. It has 2 slides: 12' and 7'. It has had light use, less than 4K miles, and never off-road. It can sleep up to 6. The master is a queen with a 4" foam topper, very comfy. The couch/hide-a-bed also has an extra foam topper. It has a 32" LCD flat screen TV. There are tandem tire guards, an ADCO full length RV cover, and an newly purchased extra duty super jack on the hitch. There are front and rear electric stabilizers as well as an electric (power) 18' awning. The bunk beds can each sleep a person 6' tall. The outdoor kitchen has a sink, 3 propane coils, 2 outdoor speakers and a place for a smaller TV. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a BBQ with propane attachment. There are 2 -30# propane tanks and 2 batteries. The outside water center also includes an attachment for a shower as well as a cable plug-in for a TV. The AM/FM/CD/DVR player has 6 speakers inside as well as the two for the outside kitchen. The Carrier AC and floor heat are remotely controlled and perform wonderfully. There is a rear access ladder to the roof. The walls are R9 rated. The roof is R14 rated and the floor is R38 rated. The tires are 15" with EZ lube axles and EZ rocker suspension. There are many more extras and updates that make this a wonderful trailer to own for years to come. Great for a couple or a family.
