2004 Alfa Ideal , We are selling our fifth wheel after our family of 4 lived in it for 2 months while our new home was completed. We stayed in trailer in zero degree temperatures in Colorado and it kept us warm and dry. It is in great condition, with a nice 10-gallon water heater, which allows for longer shower/dish washing abilities. It has tons of storage, and a huge closet to accommodate clothing. This trailer comes with lots of upgrades including nice shade awnings, large holding tanks, and two 7.5-gallon propane tanks. Has nice desk area, which allows for set up of computer, printer, etc. Has two-compressor duct AC system that was just reconditioned in fall of 2014.
