The fifth wheel was purchased in 2006 and was stored in a warehouse for the majority of its life. We bought the fifth wheel from our family because they never used it. We purchased the fifth wheel in 2012 from them and it was used one time when they had it. We used it 6 different times since we had it. The interior looks brand new with some scuff marks on the kitchen chairs from traveling. The wood flooring has minor scuffs from the slide running in and out. When the fifth wheel was purchased they upgraded the onan generator to a onan marquis gold 7000. The generator has 67 hours on it and that from me running it every couple of weeks. There is a custom cover from sunbrella that we purchased last year.
