2008 Pilgrim International Open Road 357RL3S5, This 08' fifth wheel is in great shape. Clean title. It is 37 ft with 3 slides. This is a 50 amp service with full water and sewage hookups. This rv has been very well maintained inside and out and is in great shape. I am only the second owner and this rv has been fully covered in a garage all but one year of its life keeping it out of the elements. The best thing about this rv is that it is set up like a one bedroom apartment, there is no looking across the kitchen to see the television like majority of the rvs. It is fully equipped with stove,oven,microwave, fridge/freezer, electric fireplace, 32 inch flat screen tv, surround sound inside and out, computer desk, full size pullout couch, two ac's, ducted ac/ furnace throughout rv, many different lights and a ton of cabinet space. All appliances can be either gas or electric. There is also a $1500 stackable washer and dryer which is great for not having to go to the laundry mat at Rv parks. there is a full bathroom with a shower and toilet and a bathroom sink and mirror mattress is not included so you would need a mattress. you have to see this rv to appreciate it. the outside is in great condition as well. there is no awning on the outside of the rv thanks to a florida thunderstorm, other than that everything is fully functioning and in great shape. It has a 10 gallen water heater that heats in about thirty minutes, 2 grey holding tanks and 1 black (sewage) tank. Also has a water storage tank and a water pump for dry camping. plenty of under carriage room for storage. 2 seven gallon propane tanks which are practically full right now. I also have included over $500 dollars of extras including stabalizer bars, trailer aid ramp, patio mat, 50/30/15 amp adapters and many others. please message me if you are interested or have any questions. read reviews and check prices, this is a well priced fifth wheel and you will not be disappointed.
