Previously used as a mobile office. In good condition. All equipment works. No Leaks. Roof and body are fiberglass. It has two spots on the body that need patching, For the front jacks we use removable hand jacks. The external ladder needs to be fixed or replaced. For the past 10 years the camper has sat beside our house and used as a guest room.
