It's a 1992 camper, in mint condition that has a 10' x 32' log wood chalet style extension. The log wood is both on the inside and outside of the extension. On top of the camper, it has been converted into a loft for the kids, where they are able to socialize, play games and sleep. A gaz heater has also been installed in the extension. The campground is a beautiful wooded area with 120' waterfalls, located 5 minutes over the Herdman boarder in Chateaugay, NY. The campers are not stuck one on top of each other, each has a decent size lot. It's a nice as a chalet, but a lot cheaper. The yearly fees you pay amounts to the taxes you'd pay on a chalet. And it's a lot more sociable for the kids and adults. A definite positive experience and well worth the investment.
