2008 Drv 36 Tk3 , Overview: We believe you will not find a better DRV Mobile Suites 2008 36TK3 on RV Trader. It is LOADED with factory options and upgrades that we have added. This RV is 36'9" long and has 3 slides. Please view our extensive video. Construction: It has a TrailAir Center Point suspension, TrailAir Tri-Glide Air Ride pin box, 8000 lb twin axles with Monroe shocks, sealed bearings and disc brakes. It is built on a 15 steel triple box channel frame with hydraulic jacks and has 16 G rated tires. This unit has a brand new (January 2014) rubber roof with new plywood decking along with new A/C unit covers. It has sub-zero thermal pack with insulation, making it very energy efficient and highly sound proofed. The basement is heated to prevent freezing in the winter. The RV weights are: Dry- 13,200, Pin- 2,900, GVWR- 17,500. Living Room: The living area has a 32 LCD HD TV with a new (2011) Samsung surround sound system and a 3D Blu-Ray DVD player. There is a built-in electric fireplace for additional heating. The RV is prewired for HD satellite. Kitchen: The kitchen has a Dometic 13 Cu Ft stainless steel four door Refrigerator/Freezer with a water dispenser and an ice maker. You can access the refrigerator with the slides in. It has a 3 burner gas range with gas oven and a GE Profile convection microwave. Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen size Sleep Number mattress that was purchased in 2012. We replaced the 20 TV in the bedroom with a 2012 Sharp Aquos HD LCD TV and added a Blu-Ray DVD as well. Bathroom: The bathroom has a separate potty room. There is a porcelain toilet with wall switch. The potty is accessible with the slide in which is very convenient! The shower is a one piece fiberglass unit with a skylight and it has a custom radius glass shower door. Systems/Vents/Fans: The hot water heater is a 12 gallon Suburban gas/electric DSI. The utility closet is prepped for a washer and dryer. This unit has 3 Fan-Tastic Fans (2 with rain sensors), 2 Dometic 15,000 BTU A/C units (1 with heat pump), Suburban 42,000 BTU ducted residential furnace, Dirt Devil central vacuum, generator prep and dual 6 volt DC heavy duty batteries. The freshwater tank is 100 gallons, the grey tank is 75 gallons, and the black tank is 50 gallons. Exterior/Awnings: Our RV has a WeatherPro power wind sensor awning, slide toppers on all three slides, and has a 2 receiver hitch. The exterior is Gelcoated fiberglass with painted graphics, twin 40 lb propane tanks with a slide out tray, 3 1/4 insulated walls and tinted thermopane windows. Summary: This RV is immaculate, has never been smoked in and has been kept in enclosed storage since 2012, it is road ready! We have just waxed it and it has a new state inspection.
