Available to cash buyers only... I'm sorry I do not take a check or cc.. Camper is 30' has one superslide.. Heat and air work great. Has electric fireplace, 2 flat screen tvs, surround sound. Upgraded queen bed in bedroom. Couch opens to double bed, table goes down into a twin + bed.. Glass enclosed shower in bathroom and seperate water closet in there.. Bedroom has 3/4 doors that close for privacy.. Has outdoor shower available.. No leaks... Good amounts of storage inside and in outside compartment. This camper has a reconstructed title. It had water inside from a creek that flooded. There was no major damage.. Just some radio sub speakers , the electric fireplace and inverter and we replaced all of those.. We have had it almost five years since then with no issues. We have taken it to Bristol, Tennessee a couple times and it pulls great. Tires are good, bearings have been packed and are in good shape as well. Needs some minor things ( a couple blinds, a piece of trim etc.. Nothing major at all)... Our asking price is very fair.. This is your oppurtunity to see a great deal and jump on it .. We are moving down south and decided we dont want to make the extra trip to bring our camper and golf cart with us... THE CAMPER: 2006 Kz Sportmen....30' with a super slide.. comes with fridge,microwave,upgraded queen size bed, a 19" flat panel tv in the bedroom and a 36" flatpanel for the livingroom. There is also a electric fireplace that provides heat or just the visual. Sleeps 6.... bedroom sleeps two, two of pull out sofa bed ( which has a brand new blow up mattress to go on top ( it also has reg mattress but we bought one that would add comfort), 2 can sleep on the table that folds to the bed as well. This camper has a reconstructed title ( if it didnt we would easily get over 5000.00 more for it) .. what that means is , it had freshwater damage when we got it ( and nothing major).. once we fixed what was wrong we had it re-inspected and they titled it for us ( IT IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLE) .. needs minor fixes, a couple blinds, a piece of trim and a cushion cover.. thats it... roof is great,ac is great,heat is great, floors are great... has two 30lb propane tanks on the front and the sway bars are available... GOLF CART : 2004 Ez Go GAS golf cart .. hadpainted metallic black, lifted it up, added headlights and brake lights, neon blue lights to the under carriage ( work off seperate toggle switch). Radio (covered by a marine cover) and speakers... seats were custom covered and has back seat which flips down to diamond plate covered back so you can haul stuff) $4500.00
