2010 Casita 17' Liberty Deluxe , This trailer is in mint condition with no fading of the graphics or chalking of the fiberglass. It has always been garaged with no smoking, pets, or kids. It has seen very little use. Virtually all factory options are installed, including a 16K BTU furnace, electronic ignition gas/electric water heater, Fantastic roof fan, high lift upgrade, 25 gallon water tank, awning, and D-rated tires. A 2" trailer hitch has been installed for carrying bikes, kayaks, etc. I have installed the following new equipment which has been tested but never taken on a trip: satellite TV antenna, 19" flat screen TV, Xantrex 1800 watt inverter with two 12 volt Optima AGM batteries, eleven LED lights and a microwave. The twin beds have been converted to one large bed which gives a huge amount of storage in plastic tubs in the aisle beneath the bed. A better equipped, better condition Casita you cannot find. 2003 Chinook Concourse Xl , We are selling our 2003 Chinook Concourse built on a 2002 Ford E350 chassis with a 6.7 liter V10 gasoline engine and a 4.10 limited slip rear axle. It is fully loaded including leather seating in cockpit and coach, roof solar panel, dual pane windows, 4kw generator, and in-motion satellite TV antenna. This coach at 21' is small enough to drive easily and park anywhere. It was the highest quality Class B motorhome available in 2003. The shell is one-piece gel coat fiberglass similar to boat construction. The Concourse is the top of their line. We purchased it in May 2012, and it has been stored in a heated garage at our house. My wife's health dictates its sale. The coach has a new microwave, new roof air conditioner, and six new Michelin tires LTX-MS2 with less than 200 miles. For the first nine years of its life this coach was in SE Texas, and since I became owner it has not been exposed to road salt. I would rate it an 8.5, and would not hesitate driving it anywhere. There is no history of any smoking, pets, or children during our possession, and there is no evidence that it occurred before our ownership.
