THAT'S THE REASON FOR THE RE-LISTING.. NOW.... I have a 1981 Ford Brougham motor home. It was considered the Cadillac of motor homes in its time. it has about 93,500 miles on it. it looks very cool and turns heads where ever i go. now lets get to it.... I HAVE HAD THE MOTOR HOME ABOUT 5 MOS. SELLING BECAUSE I BOUGHT A TRUCK SLIDE CAMPER AND MY TOWNSHIP WILL FINE ME FOR HAVING BOTH. OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T SELL IT. no leaks at this time (had leaked before me other owner sealed it) it has.... 351m v8 gas motor auto trans w/o overdrive RWD front and rear fuel tanks exterior 6.5 out of 10 interior 6.5 out of 10 Please be aware that this is what i think the motor home is you can come here and say its 9.9 out of 10 "almost perfect" or say its 1.0 out of 10 "a pos". im going on what i have seen from others over 10 years old. but trust me when i say i have seen 2005 rvs falling apart. they dont make them like this any more. sleeps 4 people kitchen area bathroom (toilet in shower) roof top A/C (needs work, runs but don't hear the compressor turn on) generator (works) fridge (needs work) KBB IS BETWEEN $4,000 AND $5,200 GIVE OR TAKE. AND I'VE SEEN OTHERS LIKE THIS SELL FOR $4,500+ ALL DAY LONG. PROS.... *has almost new tires ($1300.00 in tires) *new power steering pump (needs to be bled) *new water pump *fits in a regular parking spot(about 22 ft long) *tow package *not too many out there (but ford drive train easy to find parts) *I was told this is the port hole model and is RARE and worth more money. Took a few pictures of the port holes. *It also has a full size spare tire. (Fits any position). *Just checked the cold water and works great. As you see in the pictures I checked both the kitchen area and the bathroom area. Both working *And lastly I took a few pictures of all the storage. Their is a ton of storage!!! And a decent size closet area. CONS.... *needs the roof top A/C looked at *needs the fridge looked at *NO DASH A/C *a few rust spots (the size of a quarter on the driver and pass lower doors) i'm sure you can find more but not a rust bucket. *needs both drive belts replaced ($30.00 fix) *smog pump NOT hooked up *some cabinets need door closers (if you want the originals i have closers on there now they work fine.) Now I had this on CL and got 30+ emails a day with people that have no money wasting my time with email offers. so i'm trying Ebay. A super clean travel trailer perfectly made for a couple or small family. Sunlines were Solidly built and have nice solid wood cabinetry, no particle board anywhere, Flexsteel furniture. This trailer weighs less than 5000 pounds. Everything has been gone over and works fine. It is SUPER clean and ready to go. It has been used very little and shows no wear anywhere. Queen bed, full size shower large fridge, slide out pantry and lots more. Cold ducted A/C, 3 burner stove, CD radio with speakers in the ceiling, collapsible dining table with a leaf, Electric hitch jack. New awning installed last year. Just returned from a short trip and the trailer has no issues at all. Ready to go!! A very nice very clean trailer. Trailer was used by a couple with no kids or pets for all of it's life. Non Smokers. Super Clean!Overall length 25'10" Dry weight 4785 Height 9' 11" Furnace 20000 btu's. No leaks, the roof caulking is maintained properly with Dicor sealant. This RV has two entry doors, a pass-through storage compartment, and a really nice side compartment with pegboard for storing hoses, tools and supplies. The cabinetry is solidly built, no cheap particle board. There is an awesome pull out pantry for storing all the food goods out of sight and being able to access them easily. The dining table has a expansion leaf, and also folds flat against the wall making room for stretching out when watching Television. One of the most popular floor layouts of all the Sunline trailers.
