Original Owner. Non smoking. NO LEAKS! Bunk Beds. Sleeps 8. 1 Wholeroom slide out, very spacious. Newer Tires. Recently Repacked Bearings. AC serviced last summer, very cold. Carpets recently shampooed. Skylight above shower. Two 7.5 gal Propane Tanks. All cabinets work great. Including: Weight distribution hitch, Hoses, Jack Pads, Tire Chocks. 28' Total length, 26' body + 2' tongue length.Selling As Is. A few minor repairs needed. Fridge works, but twitchy, the check light goes on and off. Bathroom sink needs to be replaced, it broke away from drain pipe. Fresh water tank needs new drain plug. Dump valves need new seals. The exterior is sun damaged, but in decent condition. The awning is also sun damaged. Interior is in very good condition, no upholstrey stains.I have more photos available by email.
