2013 Forest River Mini-Lite 2104, This trailer is in excellent condition and always stored inside a building. Purchased new in December 2013. We have slept in this trailer exactly 5 nights, very, very light use. No shoes ever worn inside. Maybe aspects are still unused, for example...the oven and outside grill were never used. The outside shower was never used and the flat screen TV has never been used. We purchased this trailer so that we could spend time with some older relatives but circumstances changed right after we bought the trailer and they stopped using their trailer. We find ourselves too busy to use it. This trailer was pulled with my 5.7L Toyota Tundra in California. We pulled it up to Lake Tahoe last fall and it pulled really nicely. The trailer has a slide out and all the other things you would expect. The key selling point for my wife was the fact that the shower is a unit by itself, the toilet does not get wet while using the shower.
