Warranty is transferrable. This is a unique layout that we have not seen in any other travel trailers this size. It has a 50" Screen TV on the side directly across the the sleeper sofa. It has a u-shaped dinette that turns into a bed. There is 1 automatic slideout on the right side that includes the u-shaped dinette and sleeper sofa. It creates a big open space in the center of the trailer that is great. Adds a ton of room, makes the trailer seem big and flows well. Two full-size bunk beds. Indoor/Outdoor speakers for stereo with aux plug and DVD player. 16' Automatic Awning. Outdoor kitchen that has never been used(2-burners, mini-fridge and sink). 48 gal. fresh water tank, 64 gal grey water tank. 24 gal. black water tank. 6652 lbs dry weight. Hard-wired CO2 detector, smoke detector, heat works great, runs off of propane tanks. 2 16-gal. propane tanks. 6-gal. hot water heater. Oven and inside burners run off of propane. fridge/freezer can run off propane or electrical. Tons of storage. Outside shower. Tv Antenna. Cable hook-up. Full-size mattress for bedroom has never been used, still in plastic wrapping in storage.We will upload interior photos soon. Less than 100 camping miles.  Ultralight - we pulled with a small V8, 3.7L.  My wife is extremely detail-oriented and our girl was always put away with love.  The awning was always cleaned before rolled up.  The unit has NEVER been smoked in and no dogs or cats have been in side.  We febreezed each time we close her up.  Shower has never been used. I mean, we showered while camping, we just didn't use the one in the camper.
