Very good condition. This is a hard sided pop up that is 20 feet long when in the closed position and 27 feet long when in the open position. An amazing design, I call it my big and little trailer. Light weight, 2865 pounds dry weight, only 5 feet tall when you are towing.Extras include swing away hitch (so it can fit in a garage), outside shower, air conditioner.Everything works. Great trailer. Easily big enough for 5 people. Canvas replaced 8 years ago and has seen minimal use. Everything works except cassette toilet. It can be repaired but it's a toilet in a tent trailer! Heater, lights, stove, oven, fridge all work. Registration is OR and $71/yr. Hitch was customized to hold 2 batteries (need to be replaced). Wheel bearings re packed. Tires good. Wild Cat Maxx 27ft 5th Wheel Trailer ( 271RLX) New 2013, never has been slept in and still covered under warranty until Feb. 2016. We recently had to sell our home in Montana and move back to California due to medical reasons. In Feb. we took our 34ft deluxe model 5th wheel back to the dealer to see if they would trade us for a smaller one due to the move. So we aquired a Brand New 2013 Wild Cat and moved it to California in June of this year. We have not used it and due to the medical issues we will not beable to use it. So we are wanting someone to buy out our loan.
