1986 Fleetwood Avion , Must sell. This 30 foot trailer with dual axles is in nice shape for a 29 year old. We've had newer trailers but none that felt as durable as this one. Pulls really nice. Interior wood is in nice condition. Trailer is mostly original. It has awnings all around. Bathroom in rear with bathtub and shower. Large wardrobe closet in bathroom. One smaller closet at the end of each bed. Lots of storage. Sleeps 4. Center Twin beds. Fold down couch. Large pantry area, good refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dual kitchen sink. Ceiling fan, back bedroom has one fold down bunk and couch that also is an air bed with draer below for storage. Back bedroom has tv hookups. Second bathroom is all-in-one(shower, mini sink, and toilet). Fifth wheel has 3 large cubby doors on outside that open to one big area and one small door that goes all the way across so makes for lots of under carriage storage. Hot water tank is gas or electric along with refrigerator. It has an electric push button awning. We have 2 AC units, and propane furnace.
