1974 23’ GMC Painted Desert exterior paint original (Stilllooks good) We purchased in 1994 from original owner. Has been stored inside when not in use. Selling because of husband’s health. It has always had a lot of TLC 90% of the major work and overhauls have been done byCinnabar in Sandusky MI (an expert on GMC’s) My husband has kept records of what was done at what mileage The exterior is original color of the model of the 1974 GMC.We have done a complete interior change to fit our needs: It has bluecarpet (blue being my flavor color) Driver seatswivels 90% GMC custom steering wheel with tilt Passenger seat isa flex steel seat (it is great for riding or reclining) Original dash,Has engine heater and A/C Left Side (DRIVERSSIDE) On driver’s sideis a long bench seat with storage underneath seat and back cushion blueupholstery This makesinto a bunk bed. Over the benchseat is a row of cabinets installed. Reading lights have been installed at each end of cadinet For a dining table,we have a long narrow table that plugs into the floor (when not in use itstores in front of the bench seat out of the way)(givesyou more floor space) Norcold DC 7.5 CD DC refrigerator withseparate freezer. Storage cabinet underneath Next is a set of drawers, then a closet In the rear is a permeant double bed, with cabinetson top at either side Right Side (passengerside) Behind seat isentry door On the passengerside of the GMC is a double stainless steel sink with a blue counter top (underthe sinkis space heater unit and hot water tank) No stove top or oven, does have a microwave (Ialways prepared meals at home or items that couldbe heated/cooked in toaster oven or microwave) Has a small TV with DVD player, external TVcable and roof satellite Has over head cabinet, drawers in lowercabinet and storage below that Next isthe bathroom (original) did put a new stool in several years ago, hot and coldwater, handheldshower Has aplastic head liner, overhead A/C, in rear reversible exhaust fan Windows have custom surrounds with dayand night shades (these are great) windows have bug/waspscreens Has Onan 4KAC/DC generator Shore powersystem with 50/30 plug Originalsewage discharge system still functional Extendedlength roof storage pod, with metal ladder on rear of coach Has trailerhitch and lights 454 Old’sgasoline engine with Tornado front wheel drive system Dual 25-gallonfuel tanks with dash mounted switchover and monitoring Fireextinguishes 16”Aluminum wheels with almost new tires 2 12 voltbatteries, Battery isolator (allows over the – road charging of both automotiveand house system) Rearmounted spare tire, hydraulic jack, lug nut wrench/breaker bar, assortedemergency tools Left and Right rear airbags, independentadjustable suspensions system, with pressure gage Originalmanuals history records GMC’s original advertising of “doesn’t look like a box ordrive like a truck” was right

Bought brand new..just not working out for us...everything used twice..non smokers..camper smells new..15,000 BTU ducted A/C, 6 gallon gas DS water heater, shower skylight, front diamond plate, 18 ft power awning, pleated window shades,range hood, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave,4 stabilizer jacks, water heater by pass, 6 ft cubic Norcold refrigerator, 1 cubic freezer with temp control, hidden switch command/charging center, premium multimedia sound system with MP3/ Ipod input jacks, high efficiency Atwood ducted heating...has lots of storage inside and out..also includes equalizer hitch with sway bars...we have added cover for propane tanks, guards across screen on screen door, handle on screen door and also bigger handle on outside to make getting in and out easier.Sanyo flat screen TV, dishes, silverware, pans, things to load water faster, sewage items, brand new never used 30 gallon container on wheels with handle to hook onto hitch on truck for in between dumps of gray water or sewer tanks, hitch lock, broom, dust pan, mop, bucket, small sweeper...and other stuff I'm probably forgetting...this camper has rear living area..two swivel rockers by big back window, full size couch that folds down easily to sleep two, table with two bench seats that also fold down to sleep two..furniture is dark brown leather " like" material..queen size bed at front with separate exit door and also sliding pocket door for privacy ( bedding included)..nice sized bathroom with big shower with the curved doors..has an outside shower too( some use to clean off before entering camper ( people or pets), and some clean fish or game)...has vinyl wood looking floors except where 16 ft slide out is and it has Shaw carpet....very nice open floor pan...we pull with Chevy 1500 (1/2 ton)
