Includes all paperwork for EVERYTHING!The only cons to this camper is 1 of the 4 electronic legs need to be lowered manually and the roof mounted fan is not working. Could be fuses but I have not checked. And the padded headboard over the queen bed has detached itself. Not a necessity, can be re-attached with 2-sided velcro.The stereo and all speakers work great, even outside. The AC blows nice and cold and cools the camper down in minutes. The unit is fully self contained with 2 batteries and a generator that runs off the propane tanks.I am listing this for a woman who recently lost her 55 your old son unexpectedly. It belonged to him. I have gone through the camper to the best of my abbility to list for her, She has the title clean and clear. A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of making an agreement. Paypal preferred.
