2013 Woodland Park Timberidge , I am selling our park model trailer. It is sitting on property that we own on the Muskegon River, just down the road from River Ridge Resort/Campground. Purchased new in November 2013. We received the Park Model in November and didn't use it until May of 2014 and only used until September of 2014 and basically was only up at the property on some weekends. So have hardly used the Park Model, it is in perfect, brand new condition. Willing to accept reasonable offers at this point. Here is the description of the Park Model.
