2007 Land Roamer 5th wheel excellent condition 2 slides sleeps 4 plenty of storage inside and out 2nd owner. It has new stove/ oven, sink with faucet that pulls out, porcelain toilet. First slide is living area 2nd slide is master bedroom with king size bed, 10 gal hot water heater that runs gas or electric, central vac new King jack HDTV antenna, wired for cable phone, outdoor shower with new head. The camper is in very good condition. All new tires. The refrigerator is bad. I was going to replace with a 110volt only unit from sears. ( $398) a new camper model is $1700. The drivers side windshield is new because of a rock. The wood floor job is not finished. A small wall is not finished. I am selling as is. I added a new back up camera and removed the tv and replaced it with a stereo.
