Used five times. Dimensions: Open: 24' 10" x 7' 5"; Closed: 16' 4" x 7' 5". One missing privacy curtain, one damaged curtain, minor hail damage to top (see photos), no porta potty. Extremely pleasant camping vehicle in good ++ condition.
