19" Boar wheels and Continental 19" trailer tires were installed two years ago. The seller had lifetime roof flex armor put on in the spring.
The awnings were replaced three years ago, and new Moryde steps with under steps storage box were put on the fifth wheel.

From here, you can easily enjoy the 50" LED TV using the Dish Traveler and fireplace in the adjacent slide-out, which also contains the kitchen appliances and a retractable desk.
The kitchen is centrally located and features a large island with double sinks and overhead lighting. There is also a residential refrigerator for perishables, more counter space, a three-burner range, and a pantry with adjustable shelving. At the end of the island is a dishwasher, which is an extra feature. A nice storage hutch can be found off to the side, along the interior living room wall, straight in front of the entry door.
Head up the steps to a front master bedroom and complete bath. The bath is on your left at the top of the steps up and features a toilet, a shower, and vanity with round vessel sink. There is also a medicine cabinet, plus a nice linen closet for towels and toiletries. The sliding door is a great space saver in both the bathroom and the hall. There is also a central vacuum for keeping the RV clean.
The front master bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with a slide-out king-size bed. Nightstands are on either side, and a dresser opposite with a 32" LED TV above. The front features a full wall wardrobe for all your hanging clothes, plus a washer and dryer!
