Unit in good condition. Everything is in working order per the seller. One latch for the recliner is broken. There are two covers for the sink. One not shown in pics. Murphy bed has a new mattress as shown and the original electric (heated) mattress that is included. Has two power cords. Stock #268722 Only used a few times. Murphy Bed folds up into a couch for extra room. Double bunks in the back can each fit two adults! 2020 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S is ready for family fun and adventure. Jack it bike rack on the tongue, two 30 lb. propane tanks with cover, and one battery with cover. Ample pass-through storage in front and storage compartment on the side. Exterior shower, hot and cold water faucet, exterior kitchen with grill and mini-refrigerator, spare tire rack with a tire, power cord for electricity at sites, and wired only for a solar panel. Wired for exterior TV and can move TV inside to outside. Ramp stairs and assist handle to get into the unit. The couch has two recliners, side tables, and storage underneath and can fold out into a bed. Queen size murphy bed in the wall behind couch with wardrobe cabinets and drawers on both sides. Stereo system with surround sound. Charging station on one side of the couch. The kitchen has a double sink with covers for both sides, an extra counter that folds down, a three burner stove with a cover, an oven, and a microwave. Wood-paneled refrigerator. 2 large storage areas on each side of the dinette and storage above the dinette. A U-shaped dinette with a table can be turned into a bed and storage drawers under seats. Bunk beds with ladder and netted area for storage underneath. The bathroom has a toilet, tub shower with skylight, sink with vanity, and medicine cabinet above. Vinyl flooring throughout and windows have valances and blinds. Reason for selling is moved and don't use now.
