This pop-up tent camper has been used once for a 10 day trip in the southwest. It has been stored in car port and has no weather damage. It is like new, with no known defects. The queen size mattresses are heated. Has furnace, refrigerator, stove top (4 burners), sink, water tank --- including, of course, water and electric hook - up. The breaking system for vehicle that is pulling the camper is included in selling price of $7050.00. Excellent buy!
