The exterior needs a wash and wax but will clean up quite nicely.
The roof has not been resealed, but there are no leaks.
The upholstery is in very good condition. No tears, cracks, or stains.
The stove hood fan is not working properly. There is one spot on the dining table where heat damaged the finish.
There is one scratch on the rear exterior that might buff out.
