This 2022 Signature is in good condition. It was a home for the sellers. All appliances appear to be in good working order. The rubber seal on the bottom left front slideout needs repair. Also, the hood fan does not work. The torn couch is being replaced with a futon for additional sleeping area. The seller suggests resealing the roof. But they may repair it themselves.
